/notes treated any role="dialog" as a modal, so while the owner's Exec2Exec chat box (or any chat box or tool window, a floating note among them) was open, N, C, /, the arrows, the card keys and Escape did nothing on the wall. Only an aria-modal dialog, a menu or a popover now owns the keyboard; a key pressed inside a floating window stays that window's. Found in the live look at SP98-P-1: N on /notes?view=tasks did nothing.
