ChatSwitcherColumn mounts ConversationsPane beside a maximized chat window's own content, so a member can switch conversations without leaving the window. ToolDock builds one whenever a window's platform entry is flagged chatSwitcher (chat, support, social, sms, ai-chat) AND the window itself is maximized, and hands it to a new switcher slot on ToolWindowShell, which only shows it while the window is actually maximized. Clicking a row calls openConversation(row, { maximized: true }), which the tool-windows store already honours on every path, demoting whichever window was maximized. The column's own collapse preference round-trips through the same **************** shape ConversationsPane already uses for its bucket preference, under its own chatSwitcherCollapsed key, and the pane itself is mounted with **************** so the two simultaneous mounts (this column and the Interaction Center's slide panel) never clobber each other's saved tab.
