Failing the recipients made every one of them contacted, so once the From was fixed the campaign could never send to those addresses. The send path now checks the From once per batch, before any recipient is claimed, and moves the campaign from SENDING to PAUSED with no recipient touched and nothing counted against the warm-up. The same rule is enforced before a send, schedule or resume, and every campaign that can still be sent now carries a derived sendBlocker (NO_BULK_SENDER or FROM_OFF_RELAY_DOMAIN, with what to change), computed on read.
