Mirrors the API: NoteDTO now carries memberId in place of userId. A member is the signed-in account inside ONE organisation, so opening a different org shows a different wall of notes instead of dragging the first org's notes along. Nothing rendered the old field — the wall, the stickies and the pinned row all key off the note id — so this is the type and the two fixtures that spelled it out.
