The distinction is not cosmetic — it decides what the AI session is asked to do. Pointing a session at logs hunting a fault that was never there wastes the whole run, so an enhancement gets its own instruction rather than the bug one with a word swapped. BUG is ordinal 0 and must stay there: the column's DEFAULT 0 is what makes every row filed before the distinction existed read as a bug. Both list queries gain it as an optional filter.
