file and cannot watch one. The desktop agent already magic-byte-checks every attachment, but it refuses the DISPATCH rather than the one file — so a single video ticked by a console that had not been reloaded would throw away a prompt the operator had just written. resolveScreenshots now refuses a video by name, with a reason worth reading. The predicate is static so the rule is testable without a repository; a row with no recorded mime stays dispatchable, since every attachment predating this work is an image.
