AccountManager gains a Merge Accounts action (gated by **************** select exactly two customer accounts, pick the survivor, optionally keep the duplicate's Stripe customer / primary member, then merge — reparents all children onto the survivor and soft-deactivates the duplicate. accountsApi.mergeCustomer() → POST /account/customers/{uid}/merge. (i18n keys to be added in the P6 sweep.)
