The test that shipped with them asserted only that an ACCEPTED quote reports itself terminal — true before the guards existed and still true if both were deleted. D4's fix had zero coverage. cancel() and revise() guard after requireQuote, so reaching them needs a repository; a Proxy returning one quote is cheaper than stubbing an interface that size, and throwing on any other method means a future change that reaches a second repository fails by name rather than by NPE. Verified by removing the cancel guard and watching this fail.
