Both sides of an Exec2Exec window now carry the camera the other chat windows have: Add a meeting link. The meeting is created by MediaService as the PLATFORM organization, on the platform's Kamo Meet address (meet.kamocrm.com/...), whichever side presses it - never the client's own white-label meet host or provider - and posted as the presser's message, so it arrives in both windows live, raised and badged like any message. Links in the Exec2Exec transcript are now clickable, through the same linkifyPlainText every other chat window uses (exported from MessageList rather than copied).
