Records who filed a reservation when that is not the agent it names, so somebody managing opportunities can raise one on a sales agent's behalf without the record having to claim the agent did it themselves. Nullable with no backfill, for the reason PRIMARY_AGENT_MEMBER_ID took none: null means "the requester filed it themselves", every row predating this column genuinely was self-filed, and copying the requester in would invent a fact and put a "Filed by" line on history nobody performed. No index — nothing filters or sorts on it, so one would cost every write and buy no read. This must be deployed and run BEFORE the SecurityService change that maps the column: services run ddl-auto:none, and Hibernate names every mapped column in its SELECT, so the service would start healthy and then throw on the first read of any reservation.
