Add case-insensitive findByEmailEmailIgnoreCase

Emails are stored with inconsistent case (e.g. Sage@KamoCRM.com) and CockroachDB string equality is case-sensitive, so findByEmailEmail misses on case alone. Needed for password recovery email lookup.
