Add comprehensive WebSocket error handling and logging

- Added SockJS error handlers (onopen, onerror, onclose) to catch connection failures - Added connection timeout detection (10 seconds) to identify silent failures - Added onWebSocketError handler to STOMP client - Improved logging to diagnose why WebSocket connections aren't being established - This will help identify if SockJS /ws/info request is failing
