Add 'desktopMaster' to NavActionKey union — unblocks next build

The Master Machine launcher (navRegistry + NavOptionView + CommandPalette) references actionKey 'desktopMaster' but it was missing from the NavActionKey union, so `next build` failed on a TS2322 in navRegistry.ts and blocked the deploy of every commit on top. Handlers already existed; just widen the type.
