- DocumentConversionJob: polls for unconverted files, sends to ConversionService, stores converted PDFs with deduplication - ThumbnailGenerationJob: renders first page of converted PDFs as 300px PNG thumbnails - Add PDFBox dependency for thumbnail rendering - Register both jobs in QuartzConfig with configurable cron schedules
