Add ACCESS_ALL_MEMBER_MAILBOXES (104), ACCESS_ALL_DEPARTMENT_MAILBOXES (105), and ACCESS_ALL_JOB_TYPE_MAILBOXES (106) to RoleRightType for privilege-based email mailbox access control.
