Add isConverted, hasDesignVersion, isHidden to DocumentMetadata response

The /api/docs/imaging/list endpoint now returns conversion status from ImgDat and design version status (isSigTemplate) so the frontend can enable/disable the Edit button and filter Modified Docs.
