- Add PUT /member/sync-toggle endpoint to batch-toggle syncEnabled on all member integrations at once - Add ContactSyncWebSocketController broadcasting aggregated sync status to /topic/contacts/sync/{memberId} via STOMP - SyncEventListener now broadcasts WebSocket updates when daemon.sync.complete arrives with a memberId
