The vendors-products page threw 'Failed to set default product:' because the frontend PUT to **************** (and GET lead-vendors/mlos-readiness) 404'd — those two proxy route files were lost when commit 9f036431 renamed the vendor segment [vendorId]->[id] and were never recreated. Backend (SecurityService LeadVendorController) and the UI both implement the feature; only the proxy middle layer was missing. Also removed the orphaned empty [vendorId] route dirs left by that refactor.
