New REST surface under /api/docs/binders for the Organizer feature: - BinderController: CRUD, item add/update/remove/reorder, share, render - BinderService: org-scoped access checks, owner/share/template visibility, item position management - BinderRenderer: two-pass merge (deferred ToC/WordCount), applies per-instance and binder-wide modifiers via shared PdfBuildUtils - Generated-doc registry with renderers for Cover Page, Table of Contents, Word Count, Photo Album (uses MinIO for image bytes) Reuses **************** for esign-modified docs and **************** for access control.
