- Add OrgOAuthToken entity in KamoTokens schema (kamotokens.org_oauth_token) - Add OrgOAuthTokenRepository with findByOrgIdAndProvider / deleteByOrgIdAndProvider - Remove jwtKey from VoipProviderConfig (replaced by OAuth flow)
