Child-org admins (like GNosia's owner Daniel) have their COMP subscription orders on the root KamoCRM org, not on their own org. FeaturesManager was querying the wrong system and finding nothing, locking all features. New GET **************** resolves the caller's user ID across org boundaries, finds their root-org membership, and returns their most recent APPROVED SubscriptionOrder from the platform commerce system.
