Add preStop hook and terminationGracePeriodSeconds

Containers were getting stuck in Terminating because background Asterisk processes kept running after apache2ctl (PID 1) exited. preStop hook sends SIGTERM to Asterisk before Kubernetes kills the container, allowing clean port release and preventing the next pod from hitting port-in-use errors on restart.
