Adds a Product filter to the /leads filter bar, immediately right of the Vendor filter. It behaves like the Status/SubStatus pair: disabled until a vendor is selected, its options are the products belonging to the selected vendor, and it clears when the vendor changes. The client-side filter predicate and filter state already existed; this wires up the dropdown.
