Adds REST endpoints for public chat session creation, messaging, and visitor management. Includes PublicChatWebSocketInterceptor for token-based WebSocket auth (separate from ***), registered on /ws/public-chat endpoint. Creates support tickets as PRE_TICKET with visitor tracking via PublicChatVisitor entity.
