Add KbPublicArticleController with endpoints for the marketing site to fetch published articles where aiVisibleToPublic=true, without requiring OTK authentication. Accessed via K8s internal DNS. Endpoints: - GET **************** - GET **************** - GET **************** - GET /api/kb/public/articles/{guid} Includes KbPublicArticleDTO to control exposed fields and new public service methods in KbArticleService.
