CI build failed in node:20-alpine on `npm ci` because npm 10.8 (bundled with Node 20) resolves Next.js's @swc/helpers peerDep (>=0.5.17) to 0.5.21 while the lock file (generated on local npm 11 / Node 24) records 0.5.15 from Next's `dependencies` block. The two npm versions resolve the same package.json + lock differently. Switching to node:24-alpine matches local + the kamomarketing/kamo-internal pattern and resolves the discrepancy. Also collapses to a 2-stage build (build → runner) to match the established pattern. Lock file regenerated via `rm -rf node_modules package-lock.json && npm install` to ensure it's a clean tree under npm 11. Local `npm run build` is clean, all 9 routes present.
