Align TypeScript types with backend DTOs for commerce markets

The CommerceMarket, CommerceMarketVendor, and VendorCategory TypeScript interfaces used wrong field names (uid/name vs id/title, name vs companyName, websiteUrl vs website, description vs notes). This caused pipeline tabs to show no titles, wrong icons, broken URLs, and "New undefined Application" in quick actions. Updated all types and consumers to match the actual Java DTO field names.
