Allow /domain/ path prefix on theme IngressRoute for CORS

The theme config at theme.kamocrm.com/domain/... was not matched by the existing route rules (only /public/ and /internal/ were allowed), so Traefik returned a 503 with no CORS headers, causing the browser to reject the fetch. Added PathPrefix('/domain/') to both HTTP and HTTPS IngressRoute rules so the cors middleware is applied and the theme config can be fetched.
