Port-25 SMTP (postfix) requires no auth — transactionalCredentials() was throwing ProviderUnavailableException when user/pass were unconfigured, blocking all verification emails. Now falls back to a placeholder so the send proceeds; saveToSent fails gracefully as it already did. Also: sendToUser auto-seeds org templates on first send so orgs provisioned before EMAIL_VERIFICATION was added to the canonical list receive the template on demand rather than throwing TemplateNotFoundException.
