Registers the right client-side - list, colour, icon - and adds it to the coverage test's non-tab set with a note on what it actually gates, since it guards an action across two services rather than a Configuration tab. The order wizard rendered every active plan, Enterprise included, with a price read straight from the catalog. The server now withholds that price and refuses the subscription outright, so the card was going to show a plan it had no number for and could not buy. It is disabled with a note instead of letting somebody walk the whole wizard and meet the refusal at the end. The server is the boundary either way - EnterprisePlanGuard in BillingService, and POSController for the price. This only saves the wasted trip.
