Apply field config end-to-end across preview, save, compose, and send

The field config toggles were only wired up as UI — they had no effect on signature rendering. This commit: - Extracts applyFieldConfig to types.ts as a shared utility - Applies field filtering in generatePlaceholderHtml (saved template HTML) - Applies field filtering in TemplateInlineEditor (email compose preview) - Applies field filtering in buildTemplateWrappedHtml (email send body) - Applies field filtering in MessageTool (fetches field config on mount) - Applies field filtering in invite-email route (meeting invite sends) - Fixes handleSave stale closure (missing fieldConfig in dependency array) Disabled fields are now excluded from rendered signatures everywhere: settings preview, email composer, sent emails, and meeting invitations.
