- config.ini carries a [zone] block from day one so a second region is a config edit, not surgery. Secrets are substituted by an entrypoint at container start rather than baked into the ConfigMap. - ecallmgr is co-located with FreeSWITCH in ONE pod: raw Erlang distribution, shared cookie, no TLS, and splitting them crosses the 1500/1420 MTU boundary. - Kamailio advertises 47.181.8.87 while listening on 192.168.4.36. - Cilium is default-deny and toEndpoints:[{}] is namespace-scoped, so the explicit kamo/kamovoip -> kamopbx-apps:8000 rule is what stops Phase 3 failing as a silent timeout.
