KB_ARTICLE_RELATIONS holds the curated "see also" links between articles in one knowledge base. Rows are per direction and the pair is kept symmetric by KbArticleRelationService, which is the only thing permitted to write them -- a half-written pair shows the link on one article and not the other, and is invisible from the side that still has its row. Two rows rather than one so each direction carries its own SORT_ORDER: an article orders the list under it without disturbing the other end, and every read stays a single indexed lookup on ARTICLE_ID. The DDL is already landed **************** in KamoInitializerService, applied to Yugabyte as the kamo app user).
