A bug says 'find out why and fix it' and points at the logs; an enhancement says 'this already works, build the better version' and points at the current behaviour instead. Sending an enhancement request off to hunt through logs for a fault that was never there wastes the entire run. Both are pinned byte-for-byte against the console's copies.
