Replaces the Coming-Soon placeholder for the assets route. Splits the borrower's asset list into Section 2a (bank/retirement/other accounts, type id < 50) and Section 2b (other assets & credits, id >= 50) via the public asset-type ID ranges, with isJoint and usedForCashToClose toggles on every row. Totals strip shows accounts subtotal, credits subtotal, and combined value when any row carries a value.
