Resolves a saved or draft audience through TeamMemberRepo.findAudience, which is the only reader carrying the mandatory ACTIVE + recordState eligibility predicate — the team-members-contractors endpoint returns PROSPECT, CANDIDATE, TERMINATED and RESIGNED. Flags members with no email (EsignEnvelopeService hard-400s without one) and members below TEAM_MEMBER security (ImagingController silently skips the filed copy). An audience targeting nothing resolves to nobody, and empty id lists become sentinels so the OR'd IN clauses stay valid SQL.
