Completes the doc-10 aus_* finding-children inventory (the InternalRulesDecision non-AUS sibling is a separate slice). AusCondition (parsed agency-feedback line; partial-WORM — content frozen, loan_condition_id write-once null->value when the LoanCondition obligation is instantiated §5.3; agencyStatus a free String). AusWaiver (ACE/value-acceptance §5.2; validatedSnapshotJson for §3.4 drift) + AusValidation (D1C/AIM per-component relief §5.4) = total-block append-only WORM (every state/REVOKED is a NEW row §3.3). All soft-FK-by-id to locked AusFinding + denormalized org/loan (the AusRun pattern); reuse AusSourceLabel; 4 new enums; 3 repos; 6 tests. Faithful mirror of the reviewed AusRun pattern — no review workflow.
