Auto-enter new org after creation so member lands with their own role and rights

After org creation the session remained in the parent context (no admin rights), leaving the new org owner unable to see settings. Now the create wizard fetches the new org's domain, calls enter-as, and redirects through /validate so the member's *** is minted for the new org. Falls back to the parent DNS setup page when no domain exists yet (custom-domain orgs).
