The last EHR endpoint without a caller, and it belongs beside the other six revenue-cycle queues rather than anywhere new. The gap between posted and banked. A remittance the payer says it sent with no matching deposit is either a posting error or money that never arrived, and only the second has a clock on it: it is recoverable while the payer's own records still show it, and not afterwards. The tab carries no count because the billing summary does not report one — it shows what it loaded rather than a number derived from somewhere else, which is the honest option until the summary carries it.
