The two tabs looked disabled because they were: a MUI Tab with no <Tabs> parent defaults to textColor="inherit", which draws the whole tab at 60% opacity unless it is `selected`, and these are never passed `selected`. The brown and blue fills were being shown at 60% over white. They are now fully opaque and drawn from --color-primary like the rest of the strip instead of the two off-palette hexes: a light brand tint with a brand label at rest, the solid brand with a white label while open, as inset 36px rounded buttons so they read as destinations beside the tabs. A visible focus ring is added for keyboard users.
