GET **************** (party-gated) lists the loan's real KAMO_NATIVE disclosure/closing envelopes + recipient status via ESigService; POST **************** mints a fresh reachable signing deep-link (fail-closed: envelope must belong to the caller's loan). Backs the rebuilt closing-desk that deep-links to the native signing experience (doc 05 §5).
