POST **************** caller must be a loan party (or pipeline steward); resolves the tenant's PRICING_PPE integration — NOT_CONFIGURED / EXTERNAL_VENDOR_PENDING are honest statuses; only KAMO_NATIVE_PPE relays into the real PPE. Org/loanFile/borrowers server-stamped; FICO fact defaults from the lead's STATED credit estimate. Kills the need for the portal's hardcoded rate wherever the tenant wires the native engine.
