Transactional email is sent to real inboxes, so the header and footer logos have to resolve without any client-side theme JavaScript — they are built exactly the way SecurityService stores them. That construction used the org's domain with the dots turned into dashes as the bucket folder. A domain is optional now, so an org that had brought none landed in the "no registrable label pair" fallback and every email it sent went out under the Kamo logo — a defence-in-depth branch that had quietly become the routine outcome for a new customer. The folder is the org's ALIAS. Via OrgThemeAssets, so this stops being a fourth copy of the derivation.
