Cancel dial if hangup called before sdk.invite resolves

Race condition: hangup() during connecting had no session to terminate yet (sdk.invite is awaited before wireSession), so the call connected anyway. Added cancelledDuringDialRef — set by hangup(), checked in dial() after the await to immediately kill the late-arriving session.
