Clear core-card edit on nav + guard communications composer draft

Discard the open core-card edit (release its pane lock) when the user proceeds past the unsaved-changes confirm in setTab/guardedNavigate, so editingCard no longer gets stuck set and hasUnsavedEdits no longer stays permanently true. Also thread a dirty signal up from PostComposer's draft text/staged-image state through MediaStream and LeadCommunications so an in-progress, unsent compose draft counts toward hasUnsavedEdits.
