Three new REST controllers under /api/security/mortgage-apps: - MortgagePricingController: pricing snapshots, rate locks, AUS findings CRUD ({uid}/pricing, {uid}/rate-locks, {uid}/aus-findings). - MortgageDisclosureController: disclosure sets and documents (multipart upload + presigned MinIO URL), e-sign envelopes, TRID timer listing + satisfy. - MortgageHmdaController: HMDA LAR JSON list and CSV export ({hmda/lar} and {hmda/lar.csv}, optional year filter). All controllers reuse the standard session-rights + god-eligibility pattern from the rest of the codebase.
