Correct remaining subscription API paths and remove double header

API paths: getFeatures, updateFeature, deleteFeature now use /subscription-features; getAddOns, updateAddOn, deleteAddOn use /subscription-addons; getBundles, updateBundle, deleteBundle use /subscription-bundles — matching backend controller paths. Double header: add hideTitle prop to SettingsView to suppress its gradient title bar when the parent page already provides one. Used on subscription plan edit page.
