Correct SW3's ServiceJob imports and pin the PROCUREMENT trap

Task 2 imported dao.beans.account.Account and dao.beans.organization .Organization. The real packages are accounts and orgs — it would not have compiled. Task 6's supports() must match EngagementType.SERVICE directly and never the vocabulary: PROCUREMENT also maps to EngagementVocabulary.SERVICE but is the buyer's side of a vendor order and must never raise a ServiceJob.
