Adds a "Date of Birth" field under Primary Contact on /leads/view/[id] using a MUI DatePicker that opens to the year grid first (openTo=year, disableFuture, min 1900) — the intuitive flow for birthdates — plus the same picker on the new-lead form. Date round-trips via date-fns parseISO/format (local, no UTC off-by-one). Display is privacy-gated on canViewContact; field is optional. Wires dateOfBirth through types, leadsApi create/update guards, and the import-wizard field list.
