The MinIO key was moved out of the ConfigMap into the minio-app-credentials secret, but the envFrom that supplies it was only ever applied to the live deployment — never committed here. The next CI deploy reverted this manifest over the live patch, leaving a ConfigMap with no default and no environment to satisfy it, and the service crash-looped on an unresolvable ${MINIO_ROOT_PASSWORD}. That is what took chat down. Declaring it here is what makes the fix survive a reconcile.
